Neyland Renovations

Does anybody here know how the Neyland Stadium renovations are coming or when they will be done?

The first phase (club seats, hospitality center, and some work on the cattle herders, errrrr. . . .concourses) is supposedly on schedule for completion before kickoff, although the cost has skyrocketed. The second phase will start in 2007, and phase three won't be completed until 2011, I believe.
