Some interesting information:

#1 seeds are 6-0 in Conference Championships over the last 7 seasons.

Falcons have won 4 straight vs SF; the last 2 involved Matt Ryan at QB.

Matt Ryan is 34-6 as a starter at home - only one with a better record is Tom Brady.

The San Francisco 49ers have lost eight of their 13 appearances in the NFC Championship Game, but on each of the five occasions they reached the Super Bowl they went on to win the Vince Lombardi Trophy.
