Didn’t realize that they have a current 6 game winning streak over the Rams.

Oh yeah, Shanahan has completely owned McVeigh. He's 7-3 against him and I would say the Rams usually have had the better team.

I don’t think you have to worry about the Rams losing this weekends but I bet you 49er fans take over SoFi.

Oh, they will be well represented. There was an article on the SF newspaper site Saturday about the Rams trying to prevent them from buying tickets. Right now you have to have an LA area residence to purchase tickets. They will be able to buy on the secondary market obviously.

I just realized after never happening before last season, we might have the 2nd season in a row where one of the Super Bowl teams is playing in their home stadium.

Which matchup would you like to see in the Super Bowl?

I’m hoping for Bengals 49ers III (with Cincinnati taking it this time) but I think it will be the Chiefs beating the Rams.

You are right, Rams aren’t playing around.

I guess that also excludes any Rams that are fans outside of the LA area.

Orders by residents outside the Greater Las Angeles region will be cancelled without notice and refunds given.
Brutal, lol.

Didn't the Titans do something similar to try and limit Cincy fans? Something like not allowing ticket transfers within 24 hours of the game?

I find this an amusing tactic to enhance homefield advantage so far. I'm slightly concerned about escalation. What if a scum bag owner like Mike Brown of Cincy, or whoever owns the Ravens now, tries to convolute this into some kind of 10% markup for 'regional billing' in a few years?
Meh...me no speak lawyer. Might not even be a possibility.

i don’t know how many of these games were won on the first possession like KC vs Bills.

Lack of sales or the NFL told them to. I’m going with the NFL.
I'm a bit shocked LA fans haven't eaten them up considering what a front runner city that is.
The NFL should make the Rams quit jumping ship and wait a generation before letting them claim regional exclusivity anyway.

It's been about 25 years, I'll give the Oilers a pass on their stunt. Well played Nashville.

hoping to see trick play designed for JJ to help niners past the rams, who I cheered for in STL
haven been off & on fan of chiefs
Brilliant!!!

Has JJ thrown a pass in the NFL yet? The 49er's usually utilize Deebo with a fake WR reverse or fake WR pitch when they try a WR pass.

Have JJ reverse sweep to Deebo's side, Deebo slants hard inside like he's crack back blocking a LB, and there's good chance Jauan has Aiyuk or Kettle wide open.

How in the world could the Rams ever see that coming?
