Hart dissed Pat Summitt as soon as he got here; he dissed Gruden; he bumbled and stumbled throughout the search process and went down on both knees for that other boob - Cheek - so he could be big man in UTAD.

CBJ is the only thing standing between him and a retirement position as an AD underling at some OVC school. He better like him. He better like CBJ indeed.

Good article and nice to see some good press about Hart too. For whatever reason, a lot of folks like to dump on the guy simply because he has Bama ties. He also shook up the status quo with some of the 'entitlement' crowd and that seems to rub folks the wrong way. I'm glad to see Hart finally had the cajones to cut some of that fat and start running the AD like a business. The man inherited a smoking pile of rubble and he's accomplished a great deal in spite of it.

What has he done? This dude thought dools was the answer to our football program.. does that sound like someone who knows what he is doing?

Plus he states I've got this coaching search I don't need any help n put cheeks on a plane to meet strong...

Need I go on?

Hart is a dufus and he got lucky on the Jones hire, but i'll take him over Mike Hamilton every day of the week. Hamilton inherited a strong athletic program from Dickey and he drove it straight into the ground.

Using Mike "Hambone" Hamilton and Derek "Shower Discipline" Dooley as the bar at Tennessee is the exception, not the norm.

you're so far off on the cheek thing its amazing.

Hart went around cheek to the BOT and got control of the football program back from him and got 3 mill a year back at the same time. Cheek hates him as does the whole academic side of the school.

Thats why hart has been blowing smoke up cheeks butt ever since the BOT meeting, to try and sooth his hurt feelings.

Thats why the Academic side said they would never bail out the football program again. Hart put them and Cheek in their place and they don't like it.

I have read a lot of comments, and I've come to the conclusion that Volnation is full of diamond in the rough coaches and athletic directors. Some people here have some great insight and a thorough understanding of the athletic matters at UT. If only we could turn the UT sports department over to Volnation, we would never lose anything ever again.

Hamilton screwed us over, but Hart and these other idiots with their decades of experience clearly do not understand what they are doing. Its simple math, people: Take the whole UT budget, and give it to the athletic department. Even my 2 year old understands whats important and how to spend money. If Volnation was calling the shots, we would have had Gruden at HC, Peyton at OC, Randy Shannon and Lovie Smith splitting the DC job 50/50, and we would have been holding the BCS trophy every year.

When Hart fails, the next call better be to Bob at Volnation.
