That's been apparent to me for many years. You have to look no further than Nicky rushing injured players back into the game too soon ( Tua) to realize he's all about the wins.

Herbstreit called for Gaulden to be kicked off the team when he flipped off Bama fans in the stands after a pick-6. Herbstreit then defended Baker Mayfield awhile later for his own questionable behavior. Gaulden called him out on Twitter, and Herbstreit, confronted with his own hypocrisy, was forced to retract his statement about Gaulden.
