Every coach who won a national championship has a statue outside Bryant-Denny. Saban won a national championship, so he gets a statue.

Don't see how this is so controversial.

1st) Wallace Wade kept coaching college football after he left Alabama, and there's still a statue of him.

2nd) If you honestly think Alabama won't match any offer that is thrown at Nick Saban, you are kidding yourself.

Dude they annouced this two years ago. Bama makes a statue of ever coach to win a NC. It's their tradition thing.
