My boss is from New Mexico and I have convinced him to attend a Vol football game. I'm in Houston now so we'll have to fly in for the game. I was hoping for a night game. Does anyone know the scheduled times?

As of now, it's hard to say.
The Florida game will be an 8pm primetime on CBS, so that's the only one that's certain. The Cal game is rumored to be a ESPN night game, but no confirmation yet. The rest, we really won't know till later in the year.

Here's some times from another site's threads. Do not know about the accuracy of the times.

==============================

California 5:30 ESPN

Air Force 7 PPV

Florida 8 CBS

Marshall 4 PPV

According to the Tennessean
===================================

Cal Game:

Cal

UT Sports Schedule

===============================================

When do individual home football game tickets become available?

No official date has been set. Generally, individual home game tickets go on sale in late July or early August. Please check www.utsports.com for an official announcement.

Better bring your glock and bulletproff vest for that one.

I've never been to a PPV night game, but I hope that is what they do with that AirForce game.

I have also heard that Fox Sports Net may pick that game up.

Wow. I hope those times are accurate. Last year's early season day-games were BRUTAL.

That to UAB game was hot............Then you get up from your seat(end zone) to duck the sun,go to the concession area, it's crowded, no air circulation.Why can't UT at least install fans in that area to create some sort of air flow. :banghead:

My seats get the shade by halftime when they start at noon. I remember cheering for the progress of the shade more than cheering for the game itself.

I was looking at ABC and ESPN's TV schedule, the only Tennessee games they had listed were the Cal game at 5:30 on ESPN and the Memphis on ESPN or ESPN 2 and it was TBA

Given the state of our offense last year, that's completely understandable.

Well, I DID walk 1 1/2 miles to grade school in a winter snow. (fact) I DID make it through 368 days of NAM heat. (fact)

I agree that UAB game was a scorcher. Was sitting in the end-zone.

There was a REAL old (80-85) former VOLS f/ball player sitting in front of us. I thought the guy might go down from the heat. He made it and so did I. I'll never go to another Labor Day Weekend Day Game. :bad:

PS:

That's the game I sensed something was amiss with the VOLS.

Arc.....I never realized you were that "seasoned".

Thank you for your service. I appreciate you and your fellow soliders everyday.

It was VERY hot at the UAB game. The wife and I got sunburned pretty bad.
