Seems like a valid claim in regard to jersey sales & promotional material. Can't imagine them getting much in reparations. It would be nearly impossible to quantify.

Umm yeah. I would like the Tennessee lottery to reimburse all of my tuition payments also.

Unfortunately my academic career was completed before the lottery existed.

Same basic argument, no?

Obviously they are swinging for the fences. Not sure what the argument will be, legally but naming B10 Network is interesting.

Maybe there were some segments run last year by the B10 Network that featured the (former) players? I could see some disagreement with that. I can't imagine them really going in there trying claim compensation of 50M from the NCAA.

I wish these guys luck in their attempt at screwing over the NCAA!
