Hate it for the young man but at least it happened early. Seems like recovery for ACLs keeps getting shorter and shorter over the years. I remember in the 1990s when I really got into following football, they’d say an ACL tear took at least a year to recover and two years before the player had any confidence in it. Now we’re seeing these guys come back after 6-8 months.

Idk if he’s an early enrollee but if so, rehabbing for 4 months and then getting here with our medical staff - I have no doubt he’d be ready to go for fall camp next year.
