NLDS: Reds vs. Phillies

Hate to say it, but the Phils are definitely the class of the MLB this year...too much pitching and some great hitters to boot.

Gomes' defense makes me long for the days of Nick Esasky playing left for the Reds.

3 balls and at least 2 were strikes. That's what happens when you can locate Edinson

Right now, Volquez, Cabrera and Gomes are just content in handing it to them

That contract extension sure is looking like a good idea right now

Dusty is trying to figure out how to get Harang on the roster tomorrow so he can start him.

Wow. If you're bringing Wood into the game, why the hell was Volquez left in to face Victorino? Dusty is a moron...

Just don't have the horses to be a great playoff team.... afraid of that

The Phillies always seem to get that 2 out hit. They did the same thing to LA the last couple of years.

The Phillies are probably the best team in the playoffs, but I wouldn't say that is why they are up 4-0. The Brewers or Pirates probably would be too if the pitcher was getting RBIs and batters are getting 3 ball counts every time. Plus, the way the pitching change was handled... It was a bad start, but I believe and hope that the Reds will put up a fight before this series is over.

Somebody tell me why the hell Wood wasn't in the rotation to begin with?
