I don't know of anyone on the team that deserves to even be mentioned.
But they shouldl be a much better team next year.

Obviously PS's recruiting has dropped off. This is the evidence. Baylor isn't even supposed to be on the same plane as UT Women's BB. Get to work, Pat. The past (however great) is the past. Ask CPF.

The RECRUITING hasn't dropped off, but the coaching has. Listen..I am and will forever be a ladyvols fan, but PAT ELECTING TO KEEP ALL 5 STARTERS MINUS Glory J, and K Williams only for breathers..was ridiculous. Spani got in, hit a shot, then was taken out, we had a 8 pt lead at one time, mulkey calls time out, the girls are breathing hard, pat put the same players back on the floor for another stretch run, mean while mulkey was switching left and right. Brewer was wore out. Now we can say all day, they should be in better shape, but 40 minute games, with a player like brittney on the floor, u trying to contain her, plus score...is major. Glory didn't do a bad job, but she was snatched. Kelly got tired...poor job. We have been using our bench all year, and that was the day she decided to shorten it...smh...

She needs to learn how to "recruit" like Geno and CPF..well he is old, stale. Let hire brash, arrogant...oh wait.

Pat's recruiting HAS fallen way off--and so has her coaching. Most of the players on this team are slow or lack quickness; two or three are not even close to major-college players. Summitt hasn't had a GOOD PG in a decade--Bobbit was decent, but she had to be pulled out the junior-college ranks. And we haven't had a center with offensive moves--well, I can't remember the last one. Pathetic. As for coaching, Summitt is CLUELESS about team offense--and I agree, you would think that an uber-veteran coach would know that nobody can play every minute of a regional semifinal--against tough competition--and be effective throughout. Are you kidding? That was joke. Summitt has taken to blaming the players for not working hard and "investing," etc.--when the real problem is her. Everybody wants to think that Summitt is some genius coach--but she is WAY past her prime. That's just a fact. She's very lucky to have landed Parker--without her, Summitt's deficiencies would be much more conspicuous.

Same could be said for Maya Moore at UCONN.

The talent is there, the killer instinct on the other hand is not. What made Candace great was her desire to do whatever it takes to win, something most of these girls lack. I think the addition of Simmons can help with that. Pat can still get the job done, from 22-11 to 32-3 without the addition of a true impact player in the freshman class(Williams was a spotty contributor) shows that Coach Summitt can still get it done on the court. You can't teach desire and passion to win. This problem will be fixed, guaranteed. Coach Summitt is still the best there is in the Women's game.

Let's see what they do next year....Same group with added strength. She does need a good point guard who can manage the game....Not in a long time...You have to have that position....All the players will be back....

Nice rant. No truth but you should get an A for effort.
