Nope, we've seen him in a vols jersey for the last time. Sucks we only had him for a year. But man, it was fun watching him with the ball.

Yep, grades as others have reported. He's nowhere near polished as a receiver but he's got stuff that very few have and cannot be taught. He'll be an awesome returner while he learns to run routes. 1st round talent.

my argument, if you get hurt and never play again, what you falling back on?

It sucks so bad esp because I don't keep up with NFL. 3 yrs from now I'll happen to have a game on, he'll make a big play and I'll think to myself "oh yeah he DID play at UT!" Yep his career will be just a blip in UT history

Route running is about the only thing I can think of and possibly just maturing a bit because the NFL is gonna take his fun away. I love watching his antics but the NFL don't like that.

He is gone but he will have some trouble because he ain't the coldest beer in the fridge by a long shot.

As long as he doesn't shoot himself in the leg thru his sweatpants while hanging out in a nightclub he'll be ok. Unfortunately the NFL doesn't set the bar too high

When the announcers put up the list of Heisman candidates, I was not impressed. CP is a dynamic player, who scored a TD by running, catching, returning a punt, and returning a kick-off. With a better W-L record and more touches, he could have been on that list.

I can see the grade issue with cp. I heard a interview talking about a td saying bray HITTED him in endzone. Would love to see him next year though.

Loved watching the guy. He is the best offensive juco receiver to ever wear orange, if not play for any school. Saw he had over 1,800 all purpose yards? That is sick. And to be honest, they should have got him the ball a lot more. Would love to have seen some bubble screens.
Charlie Garner is the best Juco offensive player we ever had. But CP would if he would stay another year.
Agreed his combine numbers will be insane. Plus, I love how the guy is constantly moving his head, looking for light.

Didn't he also throw one?
