We have the depth for it thankfully. Especially inside. I think both Karo and Jill can hang with Kitley. She’s not that physical and doesn’t like contact. Use all 10 of those fouls.

Jackson and Horston can’t afford to get in any early foul trouble.

Lord I hope not. She’s got to come with her head on straight and ready to play.

They cannot check Horston or Jackson 1-1. They were able to play defense differently in the first matchup because we were without Jackson. They won’t be able to help as much as they did in the first game.

Having Karo and Jill at the 5 is actually better for us against VaTech than TK. They can stretch the D and pull Kitley away from the basket. She didn’t have to come out of the paint in the first game.

TK is indispensable on defense, an absolute monster. But our offense became more dynamic and much harder to guard when she went out. If you notice, all the post players Kellie has recruited are much more mobile than what we used to go for.

If we were to have an all SEC wouldn't that be amazing and really prove the SEC was the best league this season. Thus far we've handled the Pac 12 quite well and they were thought to be the best league.

I think folks are forgetting that we also have Jasmine Franklin. I said it before, but I have a feeling Franklin's experience and toughness, along with the fact that she's going to be playing with that "last hurrah" energy and urgency, is going to play an important role -- even if her minutes aren't high.

Yes! Jasmine played great in the last game too. She looked healthier and faster than she has. I wonder if they haven’t been restricting her minutes knowing we will need her more down the stretch.

Everyone kinda seems to be peaking at the right time. Gotta hope that continues for another 4 games! 😂

I don't know what happened when we played Colorado we beat them handily. Didn't know at the time that would be one of our two best wins. I remember thinking that they were in the middle to the bottom of the Pac 12 then they finished in the top three.

After Colorado settled down they have been fantastic. Playing their game and locking Iowa down. They are getting their butts back and making Iowa work in the half court. Iowa is really having a tough time getting a good look.

Couple bad possessions for Colorado just as I say that. Trying to force it inside to Vonleh unnecessarily.

Just need to run their stuff and make Iowa work on defense. They are bothering them and have kept their scoring in check for the most part. Not easy to do against the nations best offense.

Our guards need to take note. That’s how you close a quarter. One shot and take your defender like you mean it. Ball through the basket as time expires, couldn’t draw that up better in a timeout. Great play by the players on the court for Colorado there.

I've never understood the force inside seems to be a play everybody thinks will work.

Yes it was tough to watch just goes to show the pressure of a moment and she has only been a fifty percent free throw shooter this season. LSU fouled the right player.

Yep, it’s a terrible strategy. Drove me insane during the Holly years.

You’re always better off taking the quality open shot rather than forcing it. I’d rather a missed 12’ jumper and an opportunity for an oboard than a turnover trying to pass into a double team.

If your posts work the offensive glass like they ought to that can be a better way to get them the ball than passing sometimes.
