She‘s just fun to watch and they have great team chemistry. The Iowa vs Louisville 1st quarter was the antithesis of LSU/Miami ... it has a fast pace with crisp passing, off the ball movement and pure shooting. Great game so far. You gotta love Caitlin Clark's game, even if she does get away with creating space with her off hand.
That's fair to point out .... but we will see how well Stanford and UConn are doing once it's been 10 years since their Hall of Fame and 35 plus season tenured coaches have retired.LOL UConn and Stanford missing the Elite Eight is news. For Tennessee, it's the typical season now...
SO...how long does it take to get back on track? TN was a powerhouse and still very relevant. They could have had their pick of almost any coach. Didn't Pat choose her replacement? Notre Dame is still in the hunt after McGraw left so...I'm not buying that TN's issues are related to Pat retiring, especially when the recruiting didn't fall off. And it definitely isn't related to what some other team might experience in the future. That's fair to point out .... but we will see how well Stanford and UConn are doing once it's been 10 years since their Hall of Fame and 35 plus season tenured coaches have retired.
It's not exactly an apples to apples comparison at this point. Replacing an all time great is hard - their time to replace one is coming. Geno just turned 69. Tara will be 70 in June.
They aren't going to win the National Championship this year. There is no way they will beat South Carolina. They didn't win the SEC Regular Season Championship or even make it to the SEC Tournament Championship Game this year either. What kind of ring is she alluding to? Is she getting married this summer? LOL.
I don't care what you're buying ... Tennessee's recruiting did fall off after Pat became ill and retired. That's a fact.SO...how long does it take to get back on track?
