She took over Baylor in 2000 who had never been to the tournament, they have been to every tournament but one since then and have 3 NC’s........nuff said

The last ten years is when she did all of it. The first four years were 37 and 27 in their league and couple of mid conference finishes so what is your point. It took a few years to become elite.

She will need to clear some room LSU had sixteen on scholarship and six freshmen recruits and only one is in the top 100. I'm thinking she is going to want some players to leave and get some portal plus maybe Baylor transfers.

I read somewhere the NCAA may incorporate rules to keep that from happening

Money talks$$$$ I would say all of those names are in play but the least likely is Taylor and Freese. IMO
I wouldn't have thought she would leave Baylor so that shows what I know about it.

If that happens her first season may not be so great. She has to hope that the LSU seniors are coming back for their free year because that freshman class will need some time to adjust to SEC play. She want be able to take anyone else because she already has 16 on the roster. A lot of them are three star unranked players.

i think it was in talks not a definite because of the way the portal has developed.

Barnes is at her alma mater and building that school to a national power...she is not leaving...Walz is probably going to get another raise

Money talks but it is not everything....Mulky just left a state that doesn't have state income tax for one that does
