She is an established coach now first four seasons at Baylor she went 37 and 27 in the Big 12 then she got it rolling a little had another couple bad conference finishes. In the last 10 seasons she has owned the conference. Another coach showing it takes about four seasons to build your program and if you haven't done it by then may be time to look elsewhere. Already a well established coach she will be able to come to LSU get enough talent there to win right away. I think some players from the portal move with her. We may also see some present Baylor players do so as well.
I don't see her owning the SEC like she did the Big 12 to many teams that will be highly competitive and also very talented to compete with.
The last ten years is when she did all of it. The first four years were 37 and 27 in their league and couple of mid conference finishes so what is your point. It took a few years to become elite. She took over Baylor in 2000 who had never been to the tournament, they have been to every tournament but one since then and have 3 NC’s........nuff said
She will need to clear some room LSU had sixteen on scholarship and six freshmen recruits and only one is in the top 100. I'm thinking she is going to want some players to leave and get some portal plus maybe Baylor transfers.
No it hasn't the Big 12 isn't the SEC. Kim wont be able to schedule a weak non conference to help her run through her conference play. Aint no easy games in the SEC. She's has had a habit of only creating a tough non-conference schedule when her team is loaded.

Adia Barnes is not leaving
Freese isn't leaving Maryland
Taylor isn't leaving UGA
Walz is not leaving Louisville
Hammond is getting an NBA job
I read somewhere the NCAA may incorporate rules to keep that from happening
If that happens her first season may not be so great. She has to hope that the LSU seniors are coming back for their free year because that freshman class will need some time to adjust to SEC play. She want be able to take anyone else because she already has 16 on the roster. A lot of them are three star unranked players.
Walz could leave if the money is right. Barnes definitely would leave for 2 million a season. A school willing to pay two million a year can convince a lot of coaches especially one like Barnes making 550 thousand.
Money talks$$$$ I would say all of those names are in play but the least likely is Taylor and Freese. IMO
I wouldn't have thought she would leave Baylor so that shows what I know about it.
