When I found out that three players certainly our best three after Horston and Key were not playing knew we were doomed more than likely. After those five players the talent level at Tennessee appears to be lower than what Middle Tennessee has. Our subs went 6 for 31 yesterday really opens your eyes to what they can do.Yet another thing you would never expect to hear from a Lady Vol fan, but here we are...
Not sure that is entirely indicative of their potential. There was probably angst over the loss of three teammates for the game and more pressure than usual. When I found out that three players certainly our best three after Horston and Key were not playing knew we were doomed more than likely. Looks like they will have and extended chance as concussion protocol can last a day or two or weeks. Jackson have to count as not available for a few games. Not sure that is entirely indicative of their potential. I like them better than anyone else we got after Horston, Jackson, and Key. Maybe Puckett, but the rest right now don't see any of them better. They haven't been great, but I know Franklin has it in her. Hollingshead still has a lot to prove.Jackson is certainly one of the best three players, but after that is debatable. Franklin is averaging just 13 minutes a game and Hollingshead just over 10 and neither has started a game all season...
I expected Puckett to be further along at this point, still think she will get better. The other sophomores are likely mid major types tbh though, they all have some skills but also some holes in their games. The LV roster will likely have a big turnover next season. It’s a long way until the 2024 class gets on college courts, CKH will need to be a big player in the portal again this year.I like them better than anyone else we got after Horston, Jackson, and Key. So at this point, we have the current #1, #2, #3, #4, #6, #7, #11, #13, #21, and #22 teams on our schedule.

I think highly of Kim’s coaching ability, but she is just padding her W-L record this year. It’s a disgraceful schedule for a P5 team tbh, as it stands right now, LSU has exactly one ranked opponent on their schedule, the SEC matchup with SC. I find myself hoping it backfires on her. Also looks like LSU soft schedule is starting to hurt them. Up only 1 spot but should have dropped 5 spot to me
Yes, but some of the "fans" here would prefer that we be 9-0 against teams ranked #250 and up.
Kim has always been a weak scheduler but this one is even a new low for her.Only other ranked opponent outside of SC is Arkansas.I think highly of Kim’s coaching ability, but she is just padding her W-L record this year.
