See this is being discused some in the Christian Jones(LB/DE) thread and I have wondered about some myself, so to the ones more in the know; who is in danger of not making the grades and who is looking the hardest at other schools?
We don't seem to be slowing down at recruiting almost every spot so makes me think we have multiple verbals that are not going to make it.
MY thoughts: It sure is nice to look at the number and quality we have verbals on already at this time of year compared to a few of the past seasons. GO VOLS

There's been an issue of grades (and whether or not LSU offers) with Risean Broussard since day one.

I've also read on here at one point that Pat Harris may not be a lock to get in as well.

Seems like I've also heard rumblings that Delvin Jones may end up at Miami, afterall. Don't qoute on that last one, though.

There's been way too much speculation on who's staying and who we lose for me to even remember what was tangible and what was actually just someone's predictions.

I think we lose Pair because we get Chaz Green, J James two guys who when we took his commit seemed to be headed to Florida and Alabama respectively.

Broussard to LSU or sign and place.
Pat Harris grades trouble keeps him out.
Delvin Jones may just get mad because we are signing Ken Adams and now Dakota Mosley. We are losing two TE soon, and Mosley may play OL, but this could anger him.
Ted Meline I would expect to lose depending on who else we sign.
Ralph Williams to Ole Miss due to academics.

The reason people scolded me when I started a similar thread is that it makes the staff look bad if they are pushing guys out. In a way what happens is not that the staff is taking back their offer, it is more that the guy is looking now at so much young talent coming in who will play in front of him that he loses interest.

For instance if Ambles, K Thompson, Milton and Dunkley/Stills/Shaw/Christian Green were a part of this class, Meline would just not want to come. But what about him moving to CB? Well I think they are waiting on D Menzie who they like lots more than him at CB and they are only holding that commitment off because we could get D Wright and Ahmad Dixon instead.

Please don't get me wrong. I do not mean that our staff would ask them to move on. There are always young men who after giving a verbal have a change of heart. When it comes to grades that is not our staffs fault they recruit with the idea of getting the best young men they can. Some don't want to be signed and placed they would rather go to another school.

Just like when Nuke decided to come to UT after Andre Debose committed to UF.

Yep, we get the picture.
