Was a good guy. One of the few people that I don't think you would ever find anyone who had anything negative to say about him. Sad event yesterday.

Yeah, Charles seemed like a genuinely good guy. That is often overlooked in sports. Most of the people that I have talked to has been talking about the final play in the championship game. That's just the way it is I guess.

Sad news. I was a grad student at NC State in 83 so I remember the Championship Game well. Perhaps less well known is that 2 years later, Lorenzo had 2 great games in the NCAA first and second rounds at the same 'Pit'. RIP Big Man.
