Hurd is the real deal. But he has been injury prone in h.s. I just hope he can stay healthy. I think one shoulder and knee surgery all ready

J. Smith is going to lose some playing time and I think it will all be given to him.

J. Smith just drops too many darn balls. He has a knack for getting open when he's in but he needs to become more sure handed then he could be a really nice slot WR. Luckily he's a freshmen so he has time to work.

Where does this come from? They were both equally rated prospects coming out of HS. In fact, Dobbs was a bit higher regarded by 95% of the services. ESPN had them equal, while all the others had Dobbs as a bit higher. Dobbs played in a tougher league in high school against tougher competition. 6*A Georgia high school is legit, and Dobbs was 2-time first team all state. They were both Elite 11, and Dobbs was a finalist.

I don't have a vested interest in the QB race, but really do not understand where all the "Fergy is better" hype is coming from, other than being a little ahead during summer workouts. By the Bama game, all reports indicated that they were even on the depth chart. Let Dobbs do his thing. He could be a great QB for us. So could Fergy. Both sides are desperate to anoint one or the other as the future of the program and it's beyond ridiculous.

Well the RF fan I debated with said he saw them both throw at the Elite 11 and he said RF was vastly superior. So you know the drill, VN knows a lot more than CBJ or anyone on his staff.

Gruden was the ONLY ONE who knew more than us...but Saban told Hart to mess that one up...but hey!...bright skies ahead for our 2015 class!...the Berrys committed!...greyshirts right :) (please tell me your meters are on) :)

Who is gonna block for them? in my opinion, SEC games are won and lost on the line of scrimmage. Everyone (including us) has quality at the skill position - everyone (including Chris Johnson) needs to have some sort of hole in order to excel.

LT- Tiny Richardson- back as a stud senior- Outland Trophey candidate
LG- Marcus Jackson- stud senior
C- Mack Crowder- RS Junior
RG- Dylan Weisman- RS JUnior
RT- Kyler Kerbyson- RS Junior

This line will be better than this years.

Dline the bigger question mark IMO

I agree. I don't expect 12-2 next year, but I think we hit at least 9 wins in 2014.

Ha! Sure. 7 wins tops next year. We really are at rock bottom. We win 5 games this year. Vandy beats us. Next year is another rebuild. Don't expect more than 7 wins until about 3 years from now.

More likely than the earlier post about national championship run in 2016.

Let's hope who ever blocks for them, has a real mean nasty attitude.
