Already better than Dooley. He's not going to be an idiotic general out there that didn't know what the hell he was doing. He's going to let his staff do their jobs. Great things are ahead for Tennessee.

i liked that statement. if he gets a quality staff, he might get us a win or two.

There is a difference in being detail oriented and making sure everyone is doing a good job, and being a micromanager.

I'm very anxious to see who our DC and OC will be. Looks like they will have a lot of control of the game plan.
