Biggie was the better talent. Tupac had like 5 or 6 albums at T.O.D. and Biggie had only 2. Biggie's impact on rap was almost as big as Pac's with just 2 albums. Biggie had a diamond album (only diamond album by a gangster rapper*). Pac did not.

Pac also turned me off because when it comes to social issues he tried to act like he was an activist and his rantings were beyond idiotic.

* Outkast and MC Hammer have the only other 2 diamond hip hop albums
