It's solid. I'm sure if you practice stuff long enough you can get good at it. It doesn't mean he has to be a great quarterback.

When did you become a mod and how did you miss the thread about this already in here?

I watched this several times....

1. Can't rule out or in digital manipulation on the long shots.

2. Don't have a clue as to how long this actually took him to shoot and\or edit. How many times did he have to try those long shots and even the sequencial ones.

If really practiced for football like he does the shots he might have a chance at starting. However, accuracy is much different when you have 11 guys chasing you down.

You're right - he should have absolutely zero free time between school and football practice.

Impressive ! I guess that's how you keep a third string QB on the roster - Let him shoot U-Tube Videos !

They were talking about this on Headline News this morning. He said the skeet shoot/plate break throw took about 6 tries and the seated throw from the arena seats to the 4th basketball goal took about 20 tries. Those were the only two examples they mentioned the number of takes for. Pretty impressive, nonetheless. Guy has a pretty good sense of humor it seems also, said perhaps he should spend more time studying his playbook than practicing trick shots.

I'd say a college kid should be allowed to have free time.

True. I have no problem with it. And IMO, this guy has a good perspective on things. And I don't think taking time to make this video would make or break his chances of being the starting QB.
