There hasn't been a single one of these "robo signings" btw where they have found a SINGLE person who was paying their mortgage and got foreclosed on.

I wouldn't know, my step son left for college last year and now it's just me, my wife and 4 y/o daughter. My wife assures me it will get much worse before it gets better.

I have two daughters, 5 and 2. I made sure we bought a house that gave them their own bathroom. You need to rope off a bathroom and claim it as yours, take the one farthest from their bedroom.

why/how could they even start the process against someone who was current? Yeah they didn't review every one in great detail but we have to be talking about a very small number if it even happened. Have to believe the owners who were current would raise holy hell about it

I have a half bath downstairs that I poured some water on the floor and told everyone the toilet was broken. Its been broken for about a year now.
