I was watching John Wick with my girlfriend. She had to make a visit to the little girl's room so I paused the movie just as Wick puts the gun to the back of Francis's head at the nightclub. I'm looking at the screen and I think that Francis looks alot like former Tennessee basketball star and former pro wrestler Kevin Nash. I look up the cast on Wikipedia and sure enough, IT WAS!

For a 3-4 line scene, he was very convincing as a Russian heavy.
