The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has initiated a Special Inspection at the Oyster Creek nuclear power plant in response to issues that arose when Hurricane Sandy impacted the facility on Oct. 29 and 30. The inspection began today at the plant, which is located in Lacey Township (Ocean County), N.J., and operated by Exelon.

Another team of three NRC inspectors are reviewing the circumstances surrounding the Volunteer Site in Knoxville about event declaration activities related to a poor level of safety equipment. The Special Inspection will expand on reviews conducted during tests of the Defense this season and center on why there is only a 2 year probation extension when clearly the offense also is getting offensive. Further off season inspections are planned with a ruling to be issued in December. If Tennessee doesn't get this fixed soon they may lose The Big Orange reactor's license to safety run a Top 10 program. As the muddy water thrifts down the Tennessee River past the Neyland facility, many in the Orange nation are praying for the waters to clear reflecting a bright future for the citizens of the Big Orange nation.

You post this on a Sunday morning.....after a loss....when 70% of the board is most likely hungover.

Don't expect much positive feedback.
