NY Times article on Coach Gary Patterson of TCU

The 'homer' in me had to share this. I have a ton of respect for TCU. Coach Patterson is a great guy and honorable man. Its amazing what he's done at TCU.

You're very welcome..I must admit I was disappointed when I read this but he is still a VERY good coach..

Yeah, me too Scooby. My daughter just graduated from TCU last May. She's friends with Patterson's son...and she said Coach Patterson is a pretty decent guy. I still feel that way, but that story was a shock. And for what it's worth, there's no excuse for it.

SGM...I too am surprised he's stayed at TCU. But from what I understand he loves Ft. Worth and TCU. Aside from 106 degree days, Ft. Worth is a pretty special place (I lived there for 28 years prior to my move to Blount County).
