I mean if he won't release his transcripts there must be something really bad in there.

One time a fill-in faculty member made me move during a test because he suspected I might be cheating. Odd, because I was an upper classman, it was an intro class in my major, and I was sitting next to non-majors.

Yeah, I was going to cheat off them.

You're left with comparing transcripts from 25 plus years ago to hundreds of millions of dollars in Romney's accounts and his refusal to explain it ?

Well, if that's where you've sunk to I guess you've run out of actual reasons for Romney's intransigence on the subject. Pretty weak.

I really didn't. My Dad is a professor, and he is possibly the world's strongest opponent of academic fraud the world has ever seen. He conditioned me to be deathly afraid of the consequences (and both BYU, and the SUU Business School had very strong policies on the matter).

BTW, my buddy faced some very serious heat for turning in the same paper in 2 different classes at BYU. That's a gray area, too, IMO.

I have never understood the cheating aspect of that. It is your words regardless of whether they fit the curriculum of two different classes.

Was the profit from that listed on his returns and did he pay tax on it?

Or was the profit manipulated to be a made up number so that it could be put into an IRA and no tax paid on it? Or listed on a return we have not yet seen?

Obama doesn't know enough about investing to avoid paying taxes. He probably wonders how all of his advisors continue to grow their billions while he gets giddy off a 3M book deal.
