The HHS put out a report timed perfectly with the Obamacare repeal vote that claims 129 million people under 65 in this country have preexisting medical conditions that could cause them to lose coverage if Obamacare is repealed.

What a steaming pile. This is dishonest on any number of levels.

I thought Obama was going to be all about facts and science not BS reports to support an agenda.

129 Million Lies About ObamaCare

Merge with HC thread if needed.

The people want the insurers gone.

They want Medicare for all.

you obviously don't know anyone on medicare. i know many older people who haven't retired specifically so they can keep their company's insurance and not go on medicare.

Despite the thread jack I find it only slightly ironic the same Obama that blasted opponents for misleading and fear tactics is using them so blatantly

. . . Like say, comparing the GOP to Nazis in a floor speech?

that's the new tone of civility...

Some of the floor comments from Dems RE the repeal were amazing. It's as if:

1. 100s of millions of people had no insurance before the law was passed.

2. Children everywhere were denied care and dropping dead before the law was passed.

3. The law that was passed was actually in place and the HC situation was materially different today than it was a year ago.

Hooray for civility in debate!

the death panels were created in the Stimulus Bill, so technically the left is correct when they say the HC bill didn't contain them.

Sheila Jackson-Lee's stunning display of Constitutional ignorance was as appalling, if not more so, than Cohen's rant about Goebbels.
