"the economy is moving in the right direction" (negative gdp growth and the highest unemployment in decades is the right direction?)

If the plans have worked (and only about 8% of the stimulus has been spent) why not withhold the rest of the stimulus bill? Obviously it's not needed.

i just want to see the data that the economy is turning like obama says it is. if your portfolio is down 50% in june and only 20% in july by obama's logic that means i had a good month.
