Dear God, here we go with that crap again. If this story gets any pub, I hope Augusta National handles it the same way they did when those chicks got all bent out of shape.

Press officer gets asked the question, he says he asked the President and he said they ought to let women in.

He's a politician. Women vote. What do you expect him to say?

I was hoping something along the lines of, "Is there a kitchen on the golf course?" Another Obama disappointment. This guy is in over his head.

Law you should have figured already that even if Jesus himself came down from the heavens and during a presidential press conference wrapped his arm around President Obama and said this Christian is the greatest president ever and has my full endorsement that a good 60-70% of the population of TN. and 85% of the Volnation pol. board population would be confirmed satanists within days there is nothing he can do right to please them and that is a fact.

Well not that President Obama is a muslim since he has said he is a christian but the good christians of the south in between condenming single mother welfare recepients and gays have told me Jesus loves everyone.:eek:k:

Yep. The bigger story to me is that it was 1990 before they admitted their first black member(1975 was the first time a black man played the course, Lee Elder in the Masters).

So they exclude blacks until 1990 and you don't bat an eye? I'm not implying the government should have stepped in but that is pretty telling of Augusta National Golf Club's memership policies.

Them not allowing females as members is just par for their course.

you have the right to be upset about their membership rules. they have the right to admit whoever they want.
