Teleprompter Jesus set to make 15 recess appointments

let's see...

he didn't end the war

he re-signed the Patriot Act

Gitmo is still open

running up huge deficits

he's used signing statements

he's signed legislation containing earmarks

I guess the only real differences are Obama's adherence to a demented form of Keynesian economics and his snubbing of Israel.

That pretty much covers it, except Barry has made some swell friends in the muslim world.

I'm sure we'll soon get a lecture on why obama is so much better than bush shortly.

Kevin “Coach” Collins on who's to blame.

BTW, our quisling in chief is having used brass destroyed once again.

Barry must have been expecting trouble of some sort.

Winchester to Deliver 200 Million 40-Cal. Rounds to Homeland Security

This is kind of like an Alabama fan saying Mike Dubose killed the football program, and because Mike Shula couldn't fix it quick enough, they should go back to Mike Dubose.

The war stuff I agree, but everything else he deserves all the criticism. He's the one who promised no earmarks and 100% transparency and he alone is to blame for not delivering.

I agree. Calling him out on broken campaign promises is one thing, but ridiculing him because he didn't fix the wrongs of the last presidency fast enough is crazy.

It depends; if he made the problems worse then he does. I believe economically he has.

I read the OP as stating both presidencies were/are horrible. Not that we should go back to president A because president B was worse.

Right or wrong Obama campaigned on a platform where he set the gauntlet he was to run through. I believe the criticism is warranted and justified.

I thought earmarks and transparency were criticims of the last admin?

I agree Obama has shown to be no better in this regard. He either lied, or was too naive to believe he could conduct business differently.

Really, he is from Chicago.

The corruption in Chicago makes Tammany Hall look like the Vatican.

sure they are but you're acting like Obama fixing them would be difficult. In fact, they would be some of the easiest promises to keep if he cared about them at all.

EXACTLY!

I ran into a friend not long ago who is a Bush basher and Obama supporter extroidinaire.

He opinined that Bush had things so screwed up that nobody could fix it.

Oh well, I guess one excuse is as good as the next.

Wonder if any of the Obama supporters have an opinion on the topic of; The U.S. vs. Honduran Democracy.

Right. Which is why I said he either lied or was too naive to think he could have worked without them.
