Forum of Sao Paulo meets in Montevideo, Uruguay - Alexander Torres Mega

The organization called the Forum of São Paulo
(FSP) is composed of socialist and communist parties
and movements of Latin America, including terrorist
groups such as the drug-trafficking guerilla organization
FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia).

It [gathered] in Montevideo on May 22-25, 2008
for its XIV meeting, whose central subject will be
"The Left in Latin America and the Caribbean in
this new time - The wealth of diversity."

Among the political powers included in the FSP are
the Communist Party of Cuba, the radical Movement
for Socialism (MAS - Bolivia), The Sandinista Front
(FSLN - Nicaragua), the Farabundo Martí Front
(FMLN - El Salvador), the Fifth Republic Movement
(Venezuela), and the Broad Front of Uruguay led by
ex-terrorist, but now “moderate” Tabaré Vázquez,
present day president of Uruguay.

The FSP was founded in July of 1990 at the request
of Cuba’s Communist Party (PCC) and held its first
meeting in the city of São Paulo, Brazil, from which
it took its name.

The bloody lifetime dictator of Cuba and the then
Communist, now “moderate” Lula da Silva, as leader
of Brazil’s Workers’ Party” (PT), were the principal
promoters of the FSP.

At a gathering of Latin socialists last year, when
Lual da Silva found a moment that Barry wasn't
glad handing and exchanging books with pal Hugo
Chavez, he presented Obama a soccer shirt signed
by Brazillian team members, Obama was speechless,
he wondered how do you figure out the brackets in
World Cup?

Barry having a 'heil' moment, Michelle going wtf?

Notably missing from Obama's Latin tour is Colombia
which is our best ally anywhere in the western
hemisphere south of Brownsville, Texas.

Latin American Herald Tribune - U.S. Government to Loan Brazil's Petrobras $10 Billion

The U.S. government is preparing to provide up to
$10 billion in loans to finance the development of
massive hydrocarbon reserves off Brazil’s coast
thought to contain 80 billion barrels of high-quality
crude, an amount that could lead to a six-fold
increase in Brazil’s current proven reserves and
transform that nation into one of the world’s 10
largest oil producers.

President Barack Obama’s national security adviser,
Gen. James Jones, discussed the matter with officials
this week during a visit to the South American country,
Brazilian Planning Minister Paulo Bernardo da Silva told
reporters.

He said the U.S. Export-Import Bank already has signed
a letter of intent in that regard with Brazilian state oil
company Petrobras.

The loan is equal in value to a similar credit line agreed
to with the China Development Bank, .........
