Pundit Press: Breaking: U.S. Gov't Illegally Funded Pro-Abortion Lobbying in Kenya
BTW, that constitutional amendment in Kenya also enfranchised moslem sharia law in their courts. Sort of like killing two birds with one stone for Obama, no matter that it cost the American taxpayer $18 mil whether we agreed or not.
Remember Vanderbilt's law?

It has now been revealed that during the 2009-2010 drafting of the Kenyan constitution, US government-funded organizations paid for pro-abortion lobbying.
These organizations, funded by taxpayers, argued "against constitutional bans on abortion." These lobbyists also pushed for language which stated children in the womb "lack constitutional standing."
To date, this funding has cost American taxpayers at least $18,000,000. Potentially more important, however, is that this violates the Siljander Amendment, which states that no "foreign assistance money" may be spent lobbying in favor or against abortion.
