Well I'm about to head to Oxford for the Bama game. Ole Miss doesn't seem to pose any real threat to the Tide this weekend. However, it might give us an indication of how Bama will play against the Vols. I doubt it though considering the Tide played ARK and won only 24-13 but then came back the next week and beat UF 31-3. Anyways, I will return Sunday to talk some more about the 3rd Saturday in October (4th really). We will be 6-0 and feeling good, yall will be 3-2 and trying to make us Bama fans believe yall are confident about our game, tricky devils. Enjoy the weekend and don't worry too much about next week's game in Tuscaloosa, it'll all be over before you know it, and then you can all drown your misery in moonshine and banjo music and forget the massacre ever took place. RTR!!! :thefinger:

I hope a Rebel fan has some balls to put a size 12 up your back side! :thefinger: And BTW, that 31-3 lucky win over Florida isn't going to mean jack chit in a week!

My laundry isn't done yet, so I'm still here. The word is "misled" not "mislead". Mislead is a word, but you just used it incorrectly. I knew that. I didn't learn it at Alabama though, I learned that in grade school, so don't beat yourself up about picking the wrong school. As for 3-4 more losses, get real. Bama would have to implode to lose 4 games this year. You wanna talk about reality do you? Reality is being 5-0, that is reality. Yall are 3-2 (also reality) and still trying to figure out how yall can make it to Atlanta...that is being misled...or crazy, either way. Yall are the ones who need a little dose of reality. And I figure, if yall's sorry offense could put up 27 against the rebs, I bet we could put up 50. Ole Miss isn't the worst team in the world, but they're close. I see Bama winning by 17 or more. Well, there's the buzzer, clothes are done. I'm off to enjoy some more reality, which this time, is Bama beating Ole Miss easily and then turning their attention to the hillbillies. Roll Tide. :moon2:

I saw this and just had to stop and reply. Lucky win over UF? Lucky? HAHAHAHA. 31-3 isn't lucky. 31-3 is domination. That game was over in the 1st quarter. 17-10 over UAB and having the game tying TD go through your opponents' fingertips...now THAT'S lucky....and kinda sad. But you're right, the win over UF isn't going to mean anything in a week. But beating yall just as bad is going to mean something. Enjoy your final week as an above .500 team losers.

Hillbillies? Excuse me but most of the UT fans around here have all their teeth....It takes a whole row at Bryant Denny to get a full set of teeth between everyone there.....Last home game at Tuscaloosa....Attendance: 90,000.....5 last names! And you talk about us being hillbillies...You guys need to stick with inbreeding inside the trailor park/family and leave our Vol board alone :thefinger:

GO REBELS !!!!

JennVols, why would you want Ole Miss to win? It would be much more to Tenn's benefit for ya'll to beat an unbeaten Bama team? :dunno:
For example, I hope Auburn wins all of them, until the Iron Bowl that is.

I'm not so sure this guy is for real. He seems a bit too over the top. At any rate, this is the guy I was apologizing for my earlier thread.

Roll Tide

There is method in your madness, BLKBRD, and two very good points made. However, it's always tough to pull for a bitter rival in anything, no matter how much it benefits you.

As for BAMASBACK12, his very name suggests he just got on the bus so we'll dismiss his gasbagging for just what it is. Natural gas.

Well, I kind of like having this troll around here to remind me of why we hate Bama so much. There's a lot of football left today, but I'd love to see the look on his face right now.

Oh, and sorry, but I can NEVER pull for Alabama in anything. That's just against my nature.

. . . . .a bammer calling Tennesseeans hillbillies. Classic.

You just knew they were primed for a flat performance after last week.

Not a bad idea. :D ...but I can't believe Bama won't eventually take control.

At the very least, it's a wake up call.
