Sorry for new thread but this alleged elite defensive front got completely exposed. Facing a quality but struggling OL they were non-existent and a non factor. Beck had all night to sit there and just wait until someone came open. And we already knew about offense’s concerns but just no creativity. Not even half the game Bobo called. Bottom line…

Better players. Better coaches. Better program. All the way around. That’s what Georgia just proved. We’re not a playoff caliber team. Maybe we’ll be relevant again in my lifetime.

The sky is falling. Might as well give up the way people talk here

I said before the game that tonight wasn’t just about tonight. It was a program defining moment for the future.

We’ll be ok as long as the goal is 8 to 10 wins a year, but if you want a conference title and be part of the national title picture then we don’t have the program for that. I mean when was our last SEC title??

Everybody said this is the easiest UGA team to beat in years. And yet we just got our asses handed to us much worse than the final score indicates.

Our inability to get to the QB has been an issue all season. It was key to Beck looking like a Heisman candidate this evening. The entire defense got exposed because Beck had enough time to roll him one before passing the ball.

UGA wasn’t gonna lose tonight, not after getting embarrassed last week. The o-line played the best game of their season.
I did expect a little more from our defense. We’re just not good enough to play straight up man if the qb has a clean pocket…and that pocket wouldn’t have been any cleaner if UGA played Maryville HS

Certainly VOLS got outclassed on both sides of the ball tonight. “Exposed” is a pretty descriptive word.

For whatever reason, this VOLS team simply can’t put together 4 quarters of consistent football.

Got to brush it off and finish the season strong. GO VOLS!

But the sheets say Pearce has all these pressures. Pressures don't mean anything. Sacks do. Pearce has been a disappointment all year outside of the FLA play

Not really. Buddy we were tied and with a single score for 3.5 quarters of football. I know it feels bad but we played hard.
