If you are a journalist and you are who you say you are, surely you can appreciate how many people on a message board would be skeptical of anything you said being totally true, right?
I may be completely off base on this but since the kid started posting on here he just appears to be someone blowing smoke. I think he enjoyed the attention and respect he got from the other members. A professional with the amount of credible sources he claims to have doesn't toss names around like he does or disrespect another media member on twitter of all places.
I hope he's 100 percent legitimate but I have my doubts. And while I don't know some of the anonymous people claiming to be insiders....if I was in the know I would maintain anonymity as well because I would want my sources to continue to talk to me.
He said people were crazy for thinking gruden was on campus. I never saw him say as you suggest.
You guys know I only pass along what comes thru espn "insider"-SIAP
Derek Dooley's time as the head coach of Tennessee is drawing to a close. The Volunteers' search for a new coach will commence shortly. And an unlikely target may be a possibility.
"If the Vols' coaching search turns desperate -- and they're not above 'Kiffining' somebody -- (Arizona State head coach Todd) Graham could be their guy," John Adams of GoVolsXtra.com wrote.
Adams usage of the term 'Kiffining' is the practice of hiring a coach after only being at a previous program for one year. Graham took the job at Arizona State in December after only serving as head coach at Pitt one year prior. Tennessee is a high profile job which may interest Graham enough to once again make the leap.
Despite Graham's nomadic nature, his prolific offenses and ability to turn programs around quickly may make him the ideal candidate for Tennessee.
