Look for my twitter @dbarker48. I said to him you are arrogant and act like if we dont agree with you than we are dumb. He replied, "Because you are"

He appears to have changed his mind recently about Gruden's interest.

Trust me, I'm not trying to scoop something for mr own benefit. I just want us all to be happy. That's all,

Is there more, or do you always end sentences with a comma?

I never accused you of trying to scoop anything.

If you are a journalist and you are who you say you are, surely you can appreciate how many people on a message board would be skeptical of anything you said being totally true, right?

Is there a difference between a journalist and a paid blogger?

K. He had sense cooled on that if I am reading his thoughts today correctly.

Point being, Rucker has a habit of stepping in dog poop, and shortly thereafter sticking his foot emphatically in his mouth. Then he runs from his previous statement.

Derek Dooley's time as the head coach of Tennessee is drawing to a close. The Volunteers' search for a new coach will commence shortly. And an unlikely target may be a possibility.

"If the Vols' coaching search turns desperate -- and they're not above 'Kiffining' somebody -- (Arizona State head coach Todd) Graham could be their guy," John Adams of GoVolsXtra.com wrote.

Adams usage of the term 'Kiffining' is the practice of hiring a coach after only being at a previous program for one year. Graham took the job at Arizona State in December after only serving as head coach at Pitt one year prior. Tennessee is a high profile job which may interest Graham enough to once again make the leap.

Despite Graham's nomadic nature, his prolific offenses and ability to turn programs around quickly may make him the ideal candidate for Tennessee.

All you have to do is go back a few weeks on this guys Twitter timeline. He isn't a journalist. He's a fan, nothing more. Tons of f bomb tweets. Not exactly the kind of behavior you would expect from a respected journalist. I don't understand the need to try and seem more important than he actually is. It's very strange. To each their own, though.

I may be completely off base on this but since the kid started posting on here he just appears to be someone blowing smoke. I think he enjoyed the attention and respect he got from the other members. A professional with the amount of credible sources he claims to have doesn't toss names around like he does or disrespect another media member on twitter of all places.

I hope he's 100 percent legitimate but I have my doubts. And while I don't know some of the anonymous people claiming to be insiders....if I was in the know I would maintain anonymity as well because I would want my sources to continue to talk to me.

I will say that if he were high up the Titans media food chain, I wouldn't expect him to be hanging out on VN, talking to us.
But, when he "quoted" the guy from CBS, it was vague, and he didn't say anything that would abuse the other guy's trust. I'd expect similar vagueness if he were to talk with Ainge and report back to us.
The only thing he did that was over the line was calling Ainge an idiot, but I think we blew that out of proportion.

He's a Vol fan, and hanging out in this thread probably really got his juices flowing; probably a good thing that he was reigned in a little.

He said people were crazy for thinking gruden was on campus. I never saw him say as you suggest.

he has been on the radio constantly for 2-3 weeks saying Vol fans were basically delusional for even considering that Gruden would come here...then say,"well, they already have a coach, there is no opening"... it's just an escape route he can slip out of...

Real original piece of work there and while we are talking about Todd Graham - how about a H#LL NO! Cut from the same cloth as Petrino
