The latest from Grudenville..........they are holding strong no matter what.

it's amazing how quickly people forget how the petrino announcement was made - very late at night - would not be surprised if that is repeated this time w/ gruden - many of you are falling into the trap of "if it's not happening by x o'clock, it's not happening... the sky is falling... we'll get stuck w/ (insert latest flavor of the day for our next coach)" - people need to chill and stop writing it all off if Wes has to backtrack on the announcement timing - bottom line, there are multiple people on this board saying it's going to be gruden, not a question of if, but when the announcement will be made, and I think we can all agree that Long will frame it how he wants and when he wants - it's what he does... chill out and grude on my friends!

I will look at nothing recruiting until we get our new coach because our board can and will change in a small amount of time. Depending who he hire, could be good or could be bad

Mort: The Tennessee job would be the only collegiate job that I think could really get Jon Gruden's attention.

Mort: The Arkansas coaching rumors flying around are getting silly. I've been hearing from NFL buddies, 'What's wrong with your people?'

Mort is Chris Mortensen.

I'm thinking of starting Nick Foles as QB in fantasy football this week but I'm torn because if he does well, I fear that the Eagles job will be more enticing for Gruden. This thread is taking over my life.

Where have I heard this before? Only problem is, Gruden has zero ties to that mud infested pig pen. I think they are getting trolled HARD!!
