He has said this publicly and a while ago. I knew this before we even knew Dooley was going to fail. He has a great love for UT. He was even watching UT games with Charlie Garner back in his Raider days.

Hey Coasty I guess the loss brought the axe earlier. Anyway a couple of things I noted.

Hart is smooth like butter and I think he is in control.
I did not read too much into his words other than what I thought was between the lines. The little smirk at the end was classic. Also notice he said our recruiting coordinator will be here helping Jay. Something to that affect that may have tipped it that Jay will be kept. That would line up with other info. Also all the AK chatter by the media did not hit until we canned Dooley. Why would the media not have been on this until then we all know Smith is a goner.

It is painfully obvious that ole ham fisted Hamilton really prison raped us.

I've come to the conclusion that the anti-Gruden people have simply been in a college football bubble for years and have no clue about the NFL.

Ya know, the highest level of professional sports in the world and all.

Muschamps recruits would be drooling to play for Chucky. Period.

Who are these better coaches? Anyway, you are entitled to your opinion. Gruden is the best coach for this time at UT. Anyone else and it is going to be a letdown almost as big as losing to LSU in the championship game that year and that was bad.

Some of ya''ll are delusional. Those 5 stars are gonna stay at FL and Bama because those teams have a chance to be playing late into January. We'll be lucky to play at all in the month of January for a long time to come.

Like the other guy said though.. if Gruden were to be named the hire, I would be very excited, and very supportive, but I just don't see it in the long term best interest of our program. I guess I'll hang up and listen for awhile.
