Not entirely impressed with either Arky or the Barn's hire. I'm glad they're out of the coaching search pool.

I think the point is that all of the higher-end jobs are now full.

That means we are no longer competing with other schools so we are in a better position time wise. We don't have to throw out offers to beat out anybody.

IMO, every hour we don't name another coach, is one hour closer to Gruden being announced.

Source txted me video of charlie strong's meeting with dave hart. Hart seems to be having a good time.

I hope the Ark hire got Hart thinking about not making a budget hire. He's got to be quiet until next Wednesday for the Gruden train to roll again.

Well, Bielema has been consistently the best in B10 for several years now, and I would put them 2nd to the SEC in strength, so I think it's a pretty good hire. Above average at worst... still puts a lot of pressure on Hart to bring in a big name (Gruden).

I dont think we can say he's screwed up. Based on the Arkansas hire, who the hell knows who Hart has targeted. I wouldnt be surprised if it was someone other than Strong or Fedora or Fisher or Gundy or Gruden or any of the others we've heard about.

I'm pretty sure that if we get Gruden, it is because Gruden had Hart in his back pocket.
