to steer thread somewhat back on topic. playing soccer i must have ran into a player who was way bigger than me, I don't really remember because I got knocked out and a concussion and can't remember a couple seconds before the implied collision and a few seconds afterwards, yeah not wearing helmets is great.

Sounds like what OP is saying is football as it is now is wussier than soccer because football players wear all that protection, can't wait to see how this turns out.
