couple of things that dont look right in the video. If you google images RQ 170, the plane doesnt have a grill covering the intake in the video. Also the size is off, and in the video, they have a skirt hiding the landing gear. I think its a fake

I don't think we have to worry about Iran reverse engineering anything. They would need strong foreign help for the drone to be of any real use. The downed helicopter tail used to get OBL which was shipped to China scared me way more than this incident.

Could be. If it was indeed being used by the CIA the camera and sensors are not a decade old technology unless they thought there was a high probability of it going down.
