I think the bigger influence is Josh Heupel.

I mean this offense is favorable for all skill positions. We aren’t just an air raid. I don’t know the numbers but I feel like we ran it a good bit of the time last year.

We did. It’s misleading to think that Heupels offense doesn’t like to run the ball. He does like to run it. It’s just usually the passing game hits big plays and the offense seems to be pass dominant but it’s rally more balanced.

Springfield was a top team in Ohio in the highest division last year. They were ranked #1 for a decent amount of the year and lost in the state championship game. He played good competition.
