Illinois hopes of a perfect season went down the tubes today. Actually it was a pretty good game to watch.

I happened to turn to the game at the very end and saw the last 2 possessions. I guess that's all I needed to see though.

And then there were none. But if you think about it, going through a basketball season without a loss is a pretty major accomplishment.

When were the last few times that somebody was actually able to pull that off? :question:

That's too bad......Well they might have gotten the perfect season but I didn't see them going through the Big 10 tournament and winning it all...they would have lost to someone...Hate to see it though

I've got a soft spot for Duke because Mike Dunleavy Jr. played there. He's from around this area, and he's the son of one of my favorite coaches in the game. But when tournament time comes around, I'm all about Gonzaga...
