UT mentioned a couple of times on ESPN website

Article says that if UT beats Okie State they should be on the NCAA Tourney radar for some time.

Guys, I am as excited as everyone else, but I hope everyone can realize this is still a team with depth and ability to rebound issues.

I picked them 16-13 (includes a win and a loss in the SEC tourney), with the win at Texas that puts me off a game and at 17-12 if my thought process holds through. Do I think they would have had 17 wins at the end of last year? Not a chance. Regardless, I hope there is not a huge letdown if our weaknesses are exposed and we end up losing a lot of games in the end.

I agree . . . Eventually, you have to think somebody is going to be able to control the tempo on us and pound us inside. I'm as excited as anyone, but there are going to probably be some tough days ahead. You can't get away with a 4 guard offense forever.

I am also cautiously optimistic about you making a good conference run and getting into the tourney. As several on here have pointed out, you do have some depth issues. That does not always make itself apparent this time of year, where games are a week apart. Its when you get into conference play, and have games three days apart, plus school, etc., that depth and conditioning problems tend to show up. Got to hope you avoid any injury bug, too. While you obviously have some talent -- just like the Gators -- we both have to hope that the SEC doesn't wear us down to the point we can't run and gun.

Depth of the bench is gonna show it's head sooner or later, but it's been a nice run so far!

Has anybody heard the latest on Hendrix? If he does come back next semester, that will definately help the depth and size issues heading into conference play.
