Kevin Simon is likely out for the season which hurts an already young, and frankly - bad - defense. Thank God for Burnett, that's all I can say. :bad:

Any word on Allen? That would really suck if he was out for any amount of time. Talk about ouch.

I think Tennessee's ability to do well this season is going to rely almost entirley on the speed of their offense. But with what I think to be arguably one of the best offenses in NCAA ball, UT should be able to stay top ten.

Forget top 10.

If they can get alittle more out of that defense it may be another SEC or *gasp* National Championship. Burnett really needs to step up now. I'm also worried about Allen's condition, if he's out for awhile - it may get ugly.

If they can get that defense in order, get past Auburn at home and UGA on the road in Athens, it may be smooth sailing.

Just as I predicted the game came down to a kicker, Wilhoit may get more chances in the future to pull one out.... Thankfully though Dustin was not a major factor (although when we did need him he delivered in all-american form).

I just got thru watching the replay on CSS and man we need to practice tackling and suck it up on 3rd and long, the gators made way too many of those, and our secondary has to pick up the crossing routes better...the Cheif has alot of T's to cross and I's to dot this week in practice! But they showed lots of guts not giving up late in the game! They'l look better next week...Gator Done!
