Oklahoma Sooners? SEC?

It would be hard to think that both schools would go to the SEC because someone would have to leave the West. That is probably a big reason I don't see OU going to the SEC. It seems that the SEC would want someone from the East if they took TXAM.

The positive is that OU will open the SEC up to a new viewing/recruiting area.

They could easily put Bama in the East. Worked for MLB. That way it wouldnt affect the 3rd Saturday in Oct.

No freaking kidding. You'd have TX, NB and OR left as the even semi competitive teams not in the SEC that are not currently under or soon to be digging out from NCAA penalties. Heck that may change soon with OR.

It will change soon with oregon.

If we get Oklahoma why not just do away with the bowl series altogether and just have all the other schools play for a year and the winner of their division gets to play in the SEC the next year. The lowest team in the division gets bumped from the SEC each year and replaced with the winner of the outside/in tournament.

Yes, it's insane and a joke, but I would watch the hell out of college sports outside the south then.

Oxford University, FTW.

I'd like to see anyone question our academic credentials then.
