OL Coach “Glen Elarbee”

I don't know what he's doing. But, whatever it is, our OL looks like it came from a completely different planet than it has for the past 15 years! When was the last time anyone here has seen such aggression, rugby style scrums moving the pile forward 5 yards, a backup puking towards the Bama DL and taunting them to do something about it, and mainly the fact our RBs have lanes and our QB has time to throw ... and all that vs 4 quality defensive fronts so far. Wow.

We have a nasty OL and DL. Great coaching has brought these units along quite nicely.

He looks like the type of guy that just constantly talks football. Probably watches Golden Girls re-runs with the wife and relates the plot to how you approach blocking schemes.
And mixes sawdust into his pancakes in the morning cause his doc told him he needed more fiber.

This had been the bane of our existence since Stuckey…one partial season of Pittman didn’t count. Was an early fan of this particular hire…unlike some others. I remember straining to find optimism in the candidates Pruitt was interviewing to replace Friend. 🤮

I don’t think we gave this guy enough credit.

The way he’s improved the offensive line in a short period of time, I figured he deserved his own thread.

This is his sixth season working alongside Josh Heupel.

Hopefully we can keep him around for a while.

Glen Elarbee has done one hell of a job with a part of the team that used to be a big weakness.
