Current, co-founded in 2005 by former Vice President Al Gore, is now revamping its little-seen schedule. The addition of Olbermann could raise its profile among viewers.

it's on direct tv. basically anyone (accept for conservatives, moderate or any on to right of leftist extremism) can video their own news or shows and put on this show. it's pretty much a liberal/anarchist/environmentist station. it's just like msnbc accept less commercials and maybe less viewers.

Current TV is an entertaining and informative channel. It's definitely geared toward youth, though. I used to watch it a lot when I had Direct TV.

Current TV is known not for it's programming but for the two female reporters that were captured in North Korea.

Keith Olbermann said his new show on Current TV will be an "improved, amplified and stronger version" of his show on MSNBC. Great idea. Because when your neighbor's yippy dog keeps you up all night barking, the obvious solution is to get him a megaphone.
