Yeah the Mets miraculously found him during an open tryout. He didn’t play high school ball because of academics from what I read. He was the one that made this barehanded catch in the outfield.

I know the Mets and Rays. 3rd team for me is between the Diamondbacks and Rockies. I feel like Larry Walker won with the Rockies so I will say Diamondbacks…

More than a few have made it into the HOF. Two I followed closely were Biggio and Bagwell. Clean as a whistle….sure.
