We aren’t called the Volunteers for nothing. We are always the ones that get the shaft. We had to move the Georgia game on the schedule because Auburn was crying about having to play them and Alabama at the end of the season.I'm kind of annoyed that we're at Okla in football and at Okla and Texas in basketball
Getting 20 year olds to save for retirement should be easier than it is. I'm having trouble convincing anyone near my age to set aside any amount for their retirement. The thing is my twin boys are all grown up now out of the house & are adults w/children
of their own to raise and to teach them from right & wrong. To get a damn good education while young & be prepared to deal w/life's hard times that are a coming. Oh, yeah. Learn to save your money now as much as you can bc one day you'll live to be an old person living on your savings in the future.
I didn't start saving much until I was in my middle 30s. And my employer had to talk me into it then. That was when they first came out w/the 401K program. I'm very glad I did join that day. The company match thing was great. What amount of $$ you put in for savings the company would match it ( a week). I still have a nice little savings nest but I have to guard myself from it by going out & just spending it on luxury items. They say don't touch it .... leave it alone but some folks go out & buy luxury cars boats & log cabins in the woods.Getting 20 year olds to save for retirement should be easier than it is. IDK, maybe they need to get an undergrad degree first?
